How much does the cleaning cost?
The cost of the final cleaning is €400.
What facilities are available?
The vacation home is divided into 3 residential units, each of which can be locked and used separately. You can find a detailed list of the facilities here:

There is a pool and a large garden. As well as: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, drying rack and pegs, outdoor shower, sun loungers, gas barbecue, baby crib, high chair, booster seat
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, Villa Alba Chiara has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and a drying rack. All this is located in a separate room in the basement, right next to the stairs.
Can I rent the villa for special occasions?
Yes, our vacation home is also available for special occasions and events. Whether you are planning a wedding, a birthday party, a family reunion or a corporate event - we offer the ideal setting for unforgettable moments. Feel free to contact us for more information and to discuss your specific requirements.
On-site stay
What time is check-in or check-out?
Check-in is possible from 4 pm and check-out should be by 11 am. We will welcome you personally at check-in.
Is there WiFi at the accommodation?
Yes, the vacation home offers free WiFi. Access will be sent to you before your arrival (or can be found in the guest book).
Which vehicles can be rented?
Our diverse selection of vehicles ensures that you will find the right model for your needs, whether you are traveling alone, with your family or in a group. You can choose from:
- Ford Puma: A crossover SUV with automatic transmission and seating for 4-5 people. This vehicle combines style and functionality and is ideal for smaller groups.
- Ford Kuga: A compact SUV that offers space for up to 5 people. This vehicle offers a comfortable ride and enough space for your travel group.
- Ford Tourneo Custom: A large van that offers space for up to 8 people. Perfect for larger groups or families who want to travel together.
How far is the accommodation from the nearest town?
Villa Alba Chiara is located about 10 km from Olbia, a lively port city in Sardinia. This proximity makes it convenient for you to explore the town's amenities, activities and sights, while still enjoying the villa's peaceful and picturesque surroundings.
Is the beach far away?
The nearest beach, Pittulongu, is only 2 km from Villa Alba Chiara. You will also find numerous other beaches in the immediate vicinity, which are perfect for relaxing days on the Mediterranean. This means you have the opportunity to explore different stretches of coastline and spend a variety of days at the beach.
Where is the closest supermarket?
The closest supermarket for smaller purchases is the Supermercato Nonna Isa, which is located 1.5 km from Villa Alba Chiara. For more extensive shopping, we recommend the Crai Extra supermarket, which is about 3.7 km away.

Where is the closest airport/ferry port?
The nearest airport is Olbia-Costa Smeralda (Aeroporto di Olbia-Costa Smeralda) in Olbia, approx. 10 km away. For ferry connections you can use the port of Olbia (Porto di Olbia).
